Elephant Birthday @ the Zoo!

So we went to the zoo! I was watching the news last week and saw that it was going to be Dari the elephants birthday on Saturday...Adi loves the zoo so I thought it would be fun to go. We missed them giving her her elephant sized cupcake but we had so much fun! Adi loves the Zoo and Kohen stayed awake the whole time. He was so funny he was singing the whole time we were walking around. We had the stroller but he wasn't in it much. He was wanting to look at everything just like everyone else. For those of you that haven't heard the singing of Kohen when he is fighting sleep it's like an... "AHHH!" sound but gets louder and quieter, up and down and up and down. It is so funny! .....oh! The other reason I knew Adi would love it is that they just got a new carousel with all the endangered animals on it. The money you pay to ride go to help the endangered animals! Cool,huh! Adi is all about the carousel...she loves them! She had very little patients when we were waiting for Jeff to get our tickets so we could ride. She also couldn't decide which animal she wanted to ride on...she finally settled on the zebra. Right in front of the zebra was what Kohen rode on...a big silver back gorilla!Oh, man did he love it! He was smiling as soon as he got on and was hitting the gorilla the whole time...like he wanted to go faster or something!So funny! I am happy to say that we all enjoyed our visit to the zoo!
