Alright...so me and Jeff have really been talking about wanting to take advantage of the housing market and get in a house. So our plan...so we can get our debts a little lower and just bring in some extra bucks we talked and decided I would try and find a night job or something. So we heard that being a server you can get some pretty good tips. So I went into Famous Dave's and got the job. I have been training for the past three days and start taking tables all by myself next week. I am actually really liking it. It is fun to go and do something that is just mine. I am also excited that I am contributing to our 'pay off debts, get into a house' cause.
So yeah...I am having a fun time taking on something I have never done before and I am learning a lot. I have always wondered what it would be like to be a server/waitress. It is something both me and Jeff have said we would like to experience one day. I am a little scared about being on my own but I think that is when I can figure out exactly what I want to do and how I want to do it with out being someone's shadow all day. So if your feeling like good BBQ and you want to drop in...make sure you tip me well, hint hint, or you could just say hi too. I am excited to take this on and hope that I can really rock it and we can get what we want and kinda need.

The Hunger Games

So those of you who are fans of Twilight and go to Stephanie Meyer's website might have seen her recommendation to read The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins. I actually got the book awhile ago but I got started reading it when me and Jeff went on our cruise last month. I just finished it today and I loved it. I think that everyone would like this book. Even boys! I know some boys think Twilight was kinda sappy but I have to say this book is pretty raw at times. I have already told Jeff that I think he would enjoy it. So I finish this book about ten minutes ago and am like what that's it. At the end it just says, 'end of book one'. I am glad to find out that book 2, 'Chasing Fire' is coming out in September of this year. I have been sad thinking that the Twilight saga is all done, but now I have this book to look forward to. I am curious if anyone else has read this book and what you think. If you are looking for a book to read and ant to get into something new this is definitely a fun read...and not just that but it keeps going starting in September. This book has romance, suspense, heart ache, and just kicks butt, literally. I had a hard time putting it down. Hope I have inspired one or all. Let me know what you think.

What the freak dude!?

For those of you that watched the Bachelor this season...you know what is coming...WHAT THE FREAK!...I am beyond bugged with stupid Jason. I am totally team Melissa so was so happy when he picked her but then at the after the final rose thing after the finally he was like " Uh, I am a freaking prick so I am, uh ,changing my mind and want dumb Molly instead." I hate him. Melissa was able to get some of her feeling out and confront him on his crap but ugh! Seriously!!! Who does that? I hope Melissa finds an amazing guy and I wish her all the best in the world! All I have to say to stupid Jason is,"Seriously...seriously...you have got to be kidding me. I never liked Molly and now I don't like you either...you chump! Eww...man you suck!"
